Rookie AV is a relatively new JAV Studio that bills itself as collection of All Star Cast Actresses.  They do have quite an impressive roster that includes Sora Aoi, Akiho Yoshizawa, Rika Aiuchi, Yuma Asami, Risa Kasumi, Meisa Hanai and many more.  

Japan does have alot of AV Studios but most of them are owned by 1-2 major companies.  For example, Hokuto Corporation owns the following labels S1 No. 1, Moodyz, Attackers, kawaii*, kira*kira, Oppai, Muteki and many many more.  Rookie AV is probably another new studio studio created by Hokuto and they are just leasing the top girls to them.
